How to solve the difficulty of lenticular printing

Data unification: the original, pixel data and printed image are always consistent with the lenticular grating pitch, avoiding interference fringes in the finished image due to the difference of data, affecting the visual effect.

Overprinting accuracy: the error between the pixel and the grating must not exceed 0.0001‰. Because of the deviation of any color plate, it will produce a clear image of the different color image when the grating is composited, so that the full color, the image is divorced and cannot be viewed.

Rich in layers: the printing outlets are clear, full, dense and unobtrusive, and not lost. If the network is out of control, it will cause density polarization, affecting the ideal reproduction of image stereo and space.

It is strictly forbidden to expand and contract: strictly control the amount of stretch of printed matter, which is the key to ensure the perfect reproduction of stereoscopic images. The printed image is stretched and stretched out of the barrier of the grating, resulting in a change in the visual positioning of the image, and an anti-image, a mis-image and a visual stun.

The number of screen lines should not be less than 300 lines/inch. The difference between the angles of the three-dimensional printing screens should be smaller than that of ordinary offset printing, such as 300 lines/inch. The purpose is to combine the dots in the cylinder surface of the lenticular lens to form the horizontal arrangement of the color lines. To ensure a balanced transition of the color image level, to avoid the collision of the screen line angle and the vertical grating stripe, the occurrence of abnormal moiré, affecting the smooth reproduction of the color stereo image.
